I am not in the best shape...I used to be in great shape, but a long hours job and 2 yr old later...not so much,but I digress. :giggle: I would love to start doing some kind of work-out to hopefully make my pregnancy/delivery an easier,healthier one, but I also want something that's good to ease into and something safe for pregnancy. Anybody have any good suggestions??
