Radian hands down. More leg room, higher rear-facing weight, and taller shell. :)

I would also look at the TrueFit Premier. It has a very tall shell, built in lock offs, easy adjust harness, and fits tall kids very well.

If you buy a Radian, there may be other deals out there, but if you order on the Sunshine Kids' site, use code seat20 for 20% off.

I have a britax blvd and radian xtsl. unless it won't fit in your car I'd def. get the radian -- DS (11 months and about 31 inches tall) has about 4 inches above his head in the BLVD and already has to bend his knees because his feet touch the back seat. He has probably double that room above his head in the radian, and his feet barely touch the back.

Things I really like about the Radian: 8 year expiration, 65 lb tether. Things I don't like: harness requires rethreading to change strap height. I considered it heavily for my LO due in February, but in the end I decided on another True Fit.

What car do you have?

I'm not a big car seat expert, but I have both a Britax and a Radian. The Britax is BIG! The Radian seems much narrower so fits better with another seat or a person next to it. I have two Radians in the back seat of my minivan and an adult can sit in the middle. If I had a Britax and a Radian back there, that could not happen. I also love the folding option of the Radian for travel. It is a lot lighter that then Britax as well. We bought a Britax first and then bought 3 Radians after that. It was a lot easier to get my 18 month old into the Radian RF because the sides are lower. (I have 3 kids 3y and under). We use the Britax RF for our 9 month old right now. It has higher sides and I like the support for the littler one. Hope that helps a little.
