The 5-month-old baby I care for spits up A LOT! So I'm wondering how you babywearing mamas who do back carries with little ones handle the spit up all over your back (and onto your clothes and carrier)? Somehow place a burpcloth between you and carrier and baby? Hope that someone else will notice and help you wipe it up? Any suggestions?

My son was a big spitter upper. I always tucked a burp cloth under the straps and against my back. I also started to place it on my head before loading baby in, because several times I'd get spit up in my hair while loading him in!

Yes and wait for them to grow out of it- I went out a few times after wearing him on my back not knowing I had spitup all down my back:) nice.... yes a burp cloth tucked in and changing shirts frequently...:)
