just barely missed 1-1-11 born at 12:31 am
he was wiggling a lot but seems to be between 20-21" and a bit over 7lbs - midwife thinks that he's probably was closer to 38 weeks than 40. Posterior most of the delivery with a hand up so i thought it would never be over but it wasnt really super long, just quite ummmm uncomfortable to say the least
started decent contractions about 9-9:30, in the shower very unhappy about the contractions by 10 or a little after, in transition when the midwife arrived around 11 (8)and pushing started a bit before midnight, born next to the bed resting on dh's knees on a birthball. Get through the pushing was a lot. I lost more blood (600 ccs) than she was hoping and i think thats why I'm so exhuasted still today. He looks more like ds2 than the others but mostly looks like himself - all the boys have been that way at birth
