I won a custom bracelet on a facebook comment game last month (the 21st) I paid right away, left all the information for the custom and never heard from the seller again.
How long do I wait before I file a claim? It has been 3 weeks already...

I would try and contact the seller, ask for an update, but if you dont hear back (id give her 48 hours) then i would file a claim

I emailed last night...no response yet. Grrr...it was only $5 but still...ya know?

If you haven't heard back already i would file a claim. That will possibly light a fire under her bum and she will hopefully contact you. Do not cancel the PP claim until you get your item though even if she does email you and say "HEY ITS SHIPPED!" because well..ya never know.

I am in the middle of a claim myself. I waited 3 weeks without one word from the seller and I logged on to paypal and opened a dispute. After a week I still got absolutely nothing. So I called paypal to ask how long do I wait and he immediately changed it from a dispute to a claim. I should have my money back in 10 days. Go ahead and file the dispute. As part of the process, you send the seller a message. If you still don't hear anything in a few days to a week, then escalate to a claim. $5 is $5. You can't let anyone get away with this. People will stop trying to get away with this kind of stuff if we stand up for ourselves. I have had wonderful experiences on here and I am not going to let one seller make me bitter and not want to buy here any more.
