So I am trying to find a way to be a stay at home mom, but I am not a the greatest sewer at all. But I do knit, chainmail that is. Think there might be a market out there for some daring moms interested ( or married or moms to medieval fans like myself?)

There is defiantly a market! Have you seen some of the chain-mail on etsy? Especially the jewelry? It is a pretty big fad right now and people are always looking for it. Go for it mama!

Etsy dot com is similar to ebay, but it is ONLY for items that are homemade or vintage. It's a great place to find inspiration and also to sell your creations :)

Oh my goodness, type Etsy.com into your browser right now!!! And you're gonna need to make some money when you see all the cool stuff there. Custom anything you ever dreamed of and some things you haven't.
I have a friend that does chainmail and makes a KILLING at the renaissance fairs.

Whatever you decide, its going to take a lot of work and time to be able to quit your job and "fund" being a SAHM. Definitely put some feelers out but keep your expectations reasonable.
