Any bf babies not like bananas?

My ds who's is nine months won't touch them! I always thought babies liked it because bn tasted similar. I would love it if he would as they are so easy to serve. My dd loved them as a baby and still does. I was just wondering if any others had babies who don't.

MY dd does not care for them yet. I will try again in a few weeks. I think my ds was a little older when he started loving them :)

My son didnt like them till he was over a year. Now he loves them.

DS has disliked them since the beginning. We keep offering, he keeps refusing. It's the only food he has turned down ever!

My DS always snubbed bananas. He is 19 mos. now, and just now starting to eat them. Sometimes. He never liked anything mushy though. He ate rice cereal for a couple of weeks, just b/c he was excited to have some solids, but never would, and still won't eat oatmeal. Just keep trying.

My DD started eating them at about 15 months. Just try every couple months.

My DD will gag to the point of almost throwing up if we try to get her to eat bananas. She HATES them.

My YDS did the same thing until he was almost two, but now he will tolerate them. I think it has a lot to do with the slimey texture.

Mine won't eat anything yet (6 months). I would just say keep trying other things spaced out and then go back to bananas some time later. You could also try mixing in breast milk.

DD1 started solids at 8 months (she was 9 weeks early), and hated bananas then and still hates them now at 3. They are the only fruit she dislikes.

DS likes them, but he doesn't like them too green or too brown... Just perfectly yellow. :)

DD didn't like them when she was littler but now (@ 15 mos.) she will eat a whole one in one sitting super happily.

DD1 loves them (only bf for 3 months) DS despises them to this day (bf 10 months, will be 2 next week) and we haven't tried them with DD2 yet.

I love bananas and don't think DS can be my child. ;)

My dd is allergic to bananas and I found that out the first time I tried to feed her one.

We also have a banana allergy here so nope she's not eating them. But my oldest DD didn't care for them if they were smushed up but if we gave her little chunks she would eat them. I buy them for her now (she's 3 1/2) but she only eats them when she is in the mood for them.

My DS didn't like them at all at first but now he does :) That's what he gets for his AM snack after we wake up.
