View Full Version : Weird 'feather-like' hairs??

This is sounds weird, I know - but sometimes I find these little hairs on my tummy and the side of my boobs, but when I pull them out, they look like little tiny feathers... they come right now, they're not attached like a hair would be. Does anyone else know what I'm talking about??

I get the same thing. They are the softest little tiny hairs. Usually on my tummy under the belly button or near my nipples. I thnk they are quite common or at least they are around here :)

OK, I just had to read this whole thread to my DH because of these lines. He is now laughing at everyone's feathered boobies.

I get them too- and it's like they grow an inch overnight, like this hair was so not here yesterday

I always thought they were more like tiny hair-like threads... didn't notice them until DD started nursing, I guess I never paid that much attention to my boobies before that.

Oooh! Me! I'm one of the cool kids too! I have feather boobs! LOL.

I've had them since puberty. The novelty of pulling them has long since worn off.

Seriously! All I have are stretch marks. I'd gladly trade stretch marks for feathers. "Oh? You need a drink? Allow me to float over here to the fridge for you!" -pops out breasts- Pft. I'd be a hit at a party.

My feathers grow in my stretch marks!! I've always assumed it was because the hair follicles got stretched out too. Anyone else like that theory?!!

Me too! I first noticed them near the end of my pregnancy, so I think it might have something to do w/the stretch mark thing. So, I can squeeze mine like a pimple and the hair comes out.

BTW, I'm nearly too embarrassed to respond, but I'm so glad that someone posted this because I seriously thought I was going crazy the first time I found a 'feather'.
