My mom and I took a day trip and I got 4 skeins of undyed merino wool yarn.

My acid dyes came in from Dharma Saturday too!

Here is what I did! This was my first try and dying wool and I must say...I'm hooked! I love it, such fun!

Thank you! I can't decide which I like best. I think the earthy one, but then that purple one on the end...Oh, I just don't know!

Those look great! I am seriously considering getting some acid dyes myself. I have only used koolaid and wilton but I would liek to venture out.

That was made from brilliant blue, Fire red and violet...the violet was mixed to make a deep, dark purple.

That one has like 4 colors. It has kelly green, fire red, brown, and violet! I'm crocheting that one up right now!
