So we are having our first girl :lostit: After obsessing about names we are *pretty* sure we have it nailed down to Juliet , but we're having problems with the middle name.
I really like Juliet Miranda (Miranda is my older sister's name that passed away a year and a half ago) But the only problem I'm having is that our last name is Martin.
Juliet Miranda Martin - Is it too many M's?
Part of me is thinking that you rarely say all three names together and her last name will eventually change....
Any input? Or suggestions for middle names? TIA:goodvibes:

i think that is fine! we use family names and names that are important to us as middle names and dont really worry about how they sound with the last name or whatever because you will rarely say the whole name and like you said....eventually she may have a different last name :)

I think it is such a tribute when you use family names (ecspecially those who have impacted our lives or left us too soon).
I think it is a lot of M's......but who cares. She might not be a double M her entire life....she may marry and take her husband's name some day.
What was your sister's middle name? Do you like it any better?
I think your family will love it no matter!

Using a family name is super important to us too. Both of our boys's middle names are family names.
My sister has/had a huge impact on everyone as she was mentally and physically handicapped starting at 4months and she lived till she was 29. My mom dedicated her life to taking care of her, so I feel like it would be a huge honor to carry her name.
Her middle name was Josephine - My sister just had a baby and gave her Josephine and a middle name. So I'm leaning a little more towards using Miranda.

My first name is Holly and my last name has two l's in it too! That's more l's than she would have m's. If you love it, use it... Within reason. If you love Amanda Susan smith I'd probably advise something else. ;)
