Ok, so it's not going the best in the world:banghead:

DS is 30 months, and acted soooo ready! I didn't want to push him into it since we are expecting another in 43 days!! But he wanted to, it seemed...so I've got 2 weeks at home with him, nothing planned except for ONE night next week!

We have big boy underwear, coming from sposies...and I have set timers for every 15-25 minutes, and am monitoring his drink/food intake. He gets a sticker for being dry, then another if he pees/poops in the potty.

Yesterday, only one accident until daddy got home, then I think he was distracted, and had 3 more!!

Today, all accidents, so we are back in pull ups!:banghead: He even told me this morning after getting up that he had to poop, then took it back...should have stuck him back on, because in a few minutes of course he had pooped in his underwear...

I just don't know what to do!! Any and all advice is welcome and asked for
PLEASE HELP ME!!
:anyone:

patience! that's the biggest thing the mama needs! I'm being patient with my DDs atempts... and letting her help clean up the accidents...take off on pants, spread baking soda on couch and vacuum it up, wipe floor with towels...patience and persistence

Baking soda? That's interesting! I have been putting vinyl pants on him because DH is spastic about pee on the floor!! LOL..didn't know you could do baking soda! Thanks!! I think it will do better if he has the pee running down his legs! LOL..ok, so I know that was gross, but let's be honest here, we're all mamas!!

we let pee run down her legs. She has instant dissatisfaction with her accident and we stop everything and help her clean up -- note I say HELP HER clean up, not we clean up the mess. We're not militant about her participation, but encourage her to clean up her messes.

And yes, she had a pee accident while we were reading a book on the couch. I soaked up most with a cloth dipe and then sprinkled baking soda to draw out the rest adn to keep odor at bay. My mom used to baking soda her wool and silk oriental rugs after we puked on them when we got the flu (lovely image, I know but sometime you an't run to the bathrrom fast enough).
