I just finished the shorties and did the longies a week or so ago. The longies are the Morning Glory pattern and I adjusted the longie pattern to make the shorties as I haven't bought that one yet. I reeeaaalllllyyy like crocheting, it goes so fast.
But I'm spending so much time on my new-found craftiness that everything else in the house is going to pot!!! 6 baskets of unfolded but clean laundry, three hampers of dirty laundry and every room is a mess. Yikes! I have the tendency to obsess.....is this a common problem?:headscratch:

Longies of Paton's wool:

Shorties of Lion Brand wool, using the leftover from the knit soakers plus a pink skein:

And both together with the knit soaker I made a few weeks ago:

Now I'm going to make the LTK bucket hat to learn/practice knitting in the round and then move on to the Curly Purly soaker with the targhee wool I bought on fsot, I hope! We will have no clean laundry, but my daughter will have pretty wool!:goodvibes:

Thanks ladies!

 I LOVE the shorties:goodvibes:

I love the color of the Patons pink, but it really did stretch out a lot right away--did yours? I wonder if a single crochet pattern like DD would be better for merino wool because of the stretchiness? It's super soft, though.

Have a great day!

Awesome job!! I've got both patterns; I prefer the single crochet myself, though I love the bum shaping of the Ladybugz pattern. Not that I've used either of them yet...finishing up a pair I started on my own (single crochet) before I start!
