Just wanted to share where it would be appreciated. :goodvibes:

Don't mind the crabby model, she's got a sinus infection and is in serious need of a nap that she refuses to take.

Thanks, I still need to block it so the ruffles look a little better but I couldn't wait to try it on her :lostit: .

It's pure wool, I'm not sure of the color way though. Maybe sky :headscratch: .

That is really beautiful. I love the colors and how it fits on your adorable dd.

What pattern is it? How did you do those ruffles? They look different than any I've ever done. Did you do a soaker or shorties under?

Thanks :goodvibes: There are shorties under and they are my own pattern that I've come up with to fit dd. For the skirt I used the BDD pattern but moved where the skirt attached to right under the waist band. I kinda took the ruffle from this pattern but had to change it to be worked from the top down. http://www.creativeknittingmagazine.com/pdfs/fp1may.pdf If you do the ruffle make sure you have a long circular. My dd is a medium and I ended up with almost 400 stitches to cast off.

That looks so cute!!! It's the came ruffle I am planning on doing! Who many skeins did it take? And how long is the skirt from waist to hem?

Your not going to put ruffle on Gabe are you :giggle: ? I'm not sure of the waist to hem measurement and Abby seems to have done something with me measuring tape. I was able to knit the skirt and shorties underneath with two skeins of the shorted pure wool coop, but as you know Abby is skinny. There isn't much left over, so to be safe I'd go with three or a coordinating color for the shorties. Who are the ruffles for?

OT We missed you at the central market group this week, are you going to make the next one? :goodvibes:
