About how much smaller are the sbish? I need them to fit a 15" rise, 14" waist and 8" legs. Thanks!

The rise might be too small for you. I get 13in unstretched, 15in stretched, other measurement correspond to the sbish sizing chart (http://sloomb.myshopify.com/pages/size-chart). I do have 1 new, unprepped medium that might work for you though.
