It's been 19 days since I sent a mama my pp for a wrap on here! (It was $!40) I contacted her on the 15th and she said that she had a busy week that she'll get it out the next day. Still nothing. And she hasn't logged on since then.
I contacted her again twice and I'm waiting to hear back, but I'm wondering if I should just go ahead and file a claim? She's new on the board and no FB, so it's partly my fault for not asking for FB elsewhere.
What to do? :cry:

If she has an FSOT badge, as she should to sell, the mods will have contact info for her and may be able to help. I would contact a mod first. You have 45 days to file, so they will have a bit of time to try to work on getting contact.
ETA: Per DS rules, she had 5 business days to ship, and she's clearly surpassed that.

I hope you get it straightened out. I would file a claim to save yourself, but I would assume that since she hasn't been online since the 15th, maybe something happened.
I like to give the benefit of the doubt most of the time though.
Hope you get your wrap or money back soon.
