What do you guys do for energy? I am just so tired and lazy all the time that I don't want to do anything much less get myself and the baby dressed and get the stroller out and trudge down the road for 30 minutes. I make it sound so terrible!! Everytime I think about exercising, it makes me tired!
I need some energy and some motivation, I guess! Does anyone deal with this problem?

I will be watching this one b/c man energy is like the holy grail & I just can't find it!
I do know if I worked out I'd have more though... that's me being unmotivated.

I've got more since working out regularly...but initially, I just MADE myself. I have NO energy at all...but I just had to make myself. But I was 60+ lbs overweight..and plenty of health problems that would be helped by losing weight...it was a decision for a lifestyle change. Also...because I'm not breastfeeding (if I was, I wouldn't even consider it)...I take No Doz on occasion. It's just caffeine...the equivalent of 2 cups of coffee.

After I read the colon cleanse thread I checked out the Dr. Schulze's site. I bought some stuff and one of the things I bought was his superfood. I have been taking it for about a little over a week now and I have definitely had more energy! I no longer feel like I am dragging through the day. I can keep up with my 3 year old!!! It doesn't give me that shaky to much caffine feeling either. It is a little hard to swallow though since it is a powder and not a pill. He suggests mixing it with fruit juice and making sort of a smoothie. I tried that and for me it is much easier to swallow mixed in a glass of V-8 juice.

Try taking a multivitamin every day, and just try to be active for a little bit every day. And try to make it the same time every day (or generally the same time) I usually take a walk before 10:00 in the morning (even if its up and down the street) or after dinner. Even at 8 oclock its still light enough.
If you just do a little here and there, you will have more energy for at least the day.
