Senario... you buy something from a mama that is not in the contiguous lower 48 (the continental U.S.). It's been about 2 weeks since she said she shipped it and when you PM about what method of shipping so you can be on the look out for it, she identifies that she's not located in the U.S. and things can take awhile. Ok.. .no biggie... I'm military, I understand that.

You then get the shipping package five days after you ask her and the shipping date is 12 days AFTER she said she sent it (literally on the day you asked). And it only took five days (to inlude a weekend) to get to you.

I left postitive feedback because the item was as described... but decided to PM her about the shipping thing instead of leaving it in the feedback. I then chickened out because I noticed that the shipping was literally 30 cents more expensive than what I paid for the entire package because the price was $x ppd. So I essentially got a free package.

Would you still PM her about the shipping thing or just leave it alone?

I would leave it alone since you got it free.

I would probably leave it alone, too - if she took that big of a hit just for the shipping and it's in the condition described I think I wouldn't bother her about it.

I would just leave it alone since the item is as described.

Ugh - kinda sucks - I had the same thing happen with shipping - when the pkg arrived it showed it had been shipped on the date that I asked about (roughly TWO weeks after i paid for it) - I didn't leave it in FB either - basically it shows the mama is a liar but really if the item is as described, the late shipping is minor - we just appreciate honesty I guess. And since she lost out on the item anyway I would leave it.
