What's wrong with him? (fever, pains, etc)

He's got a fever and sounds like he's losing his voice, but has had absolutely no coughing. He threw up some last night, but it may have been from crying. He acts like his feet are hurting him and actually told me there was a boo-boo, but I can't find anything.

I'm going to try to make an appt with the ped (as he's done this waking up and crying about his feet all last week) hopefully for today. I've been up all night with him and I'm so confused about what's going on.

Oh, I was going to add that sometimes when my hand rests on his back, I can kind of feel maybe some congestion/rattling.

Saw the ped and he's got croup and night terrors (which I've suspected for quite awhile).
