I'd like to not gain much weight this time. What has worked for you? I want to get a treadmill, is that a good idea?

That does sound good. But that requires getting to leave the house. Unless I get a pool. I vote for the pool lol.

Hi,
I don't know about other people, but I just do the same workout I did before I was pregnant. I have had to modify a couple of exercises since my 37 week prego stomach gets in the way sometimes, but other than that everything has been the same. Cardio (walking, biking, elliptical) and weights.
Could not for the life of me figure out why I was so weak on the pull up machine the other day. Um hello, I am 25lbs heavier and not any stronger!
I did go swimming the other day and it was great. I felt like I was going to barf for part of the time because the baby was swimming around like crazy too. Once the baby settled down I was in heaven. Felt light for the first time in 9 months.
Good luck with whatever you pick. If I had the cash, I'd get a treadmill.

I just sold my Kathy Smith Pregnancy DVD on ebay, Heather, Or I woulda sent it to ya FFS...That's a good low impact workout-it's made in the late eighties to the hair styles are all funky-but I did it all through out my PG with Rory.
