View Full Version : Should I keep waiting or ask for a full refund.

Hi. I purchased 2 berryblush diapers from a momma on here about 4 weeks ago. When I sent the paypal she replied back saying she had misplaced one of the diapers and could not find it and was leaving town for the weekend. She would look when she got back and then mail them out. I waited 2 weeks. I emailed her asking if she had found the missing diaper and mailed them out. She replied back no had not found it yet and would look that day. I then recieved an email from her stating she had not found the diaper and that she would refund me the money for the lost one and then mail the other one. She then emails me and says she is in the hospital with possible sugery. I still don't have the one diaper but the refund or the second is pending. I hate to be out the diaper I paid for but its been a month I doubt the diaper will still fit. I don't know what to do. I know life happens and I want to be fair be I feel like I'm being taken advantage of here. Any advise or input.

If it's been a month, I'd file through Paypal for a full refund. You only have 45 days to do that. I know that "life happens", but I think waiting a month for something you've already paid for is more than a reasonable length of time to wait, IMO. :)

update: I emailed her again and asked for a full refund if she could not get the diaper in the by Friday. I told her I had been very patient and there has been plenty of time to mail out the diaper. She replyed back that she was sorry and that it was put in the mail yesterday. My refund went through for the second diaper in paypal. Now I will wait till next week and if no diaper I will file with paypal.
