The two times I have purchased Britax seats from them on sale, they have been out of stock. They let me pick another pattern--even if it wasn't on sale--and gave me the sale price. Both times. I love them. :)

We got one of our MAs from Albeebaby & the other from an authorized dealer on eBay. If you purchase from eBay, make sure you do so from an authorized dealer, otherwise it voids your warranty.

I got my Marathon on Ebay, brand new in box (and it's the new 2007 print - forget what its called but its yellow with pink butterflies).. I saved about $30 or so dollars, including shipping. Love it!

i got mine on ebay....i went with a lady that had more than 200 great reviews...all for Britax carseats...all stated new in box with all paperwork....also my manufacture date was only 2 months before i received the carseat...when i bought my infant carrier in the store the manufacture date was a year before i bought the carseat...if i can dig up her ebay name tonight i will pm you.....i got the carseat less than a week after i paid for it (1st week in Jan...even with the holiday's).....with shipping i got my decathalon for $50 less than it would have cost me in BabiesRUs.

Just so you all know that if you buy a carseat on ebay, you are not covered under the same warranty as if you were to buy them from an authorized place.

Ebay. (the sellers name was strollerauctions I believe) I bought a MA for $220 including shipping and it was brand new.

Actually you CAN have a warranty if you purchase through ebay but you must make sure you are buying the seat from an authorized Britax seller. You can see the list at britaxusa.net

Ditto! It is an awesome site with a ton of great ladies. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. The gals name is Dana, and she is the one who orders them from Britax. It takes a little longer to get them (took 5 wks), but the savings was well worth it. :thumbsup:

If you can live with the "Regal" cover option, you can get it for only $225 and free shipping (use "FREESHIPBRITAX" as coupon code). For a seat that retails for $299, you can't beat this deal!!! I was waiting for a Recaro Signo I had pre-ordered at babycatalog.com, but gave up on waiting and just ordered the BLVD.

I've bought from BabyUniverse.com, BRU, Amazon, and BabySurplus on eBay (aka Albee Baby). Another GREAT site is EliteCarseats.com. They have incredible customer service that will help you figure out if you can get a good install in your vehicle with the seat you're researching AND they offer cheap return insurance.

ETA: I've been very happy with all of our purchases and haven't had any problems.
