Ok now that I just finished all the xmas shopping for my boys wrapped presents I'm turning to stocking stuffers now. I thought it would be nice if we could list some stocking stuffer ideas that we were thinking of getting because I'm so stuck on what I'm going to get for them. Here are a few ideas I have but I'm not sure if that is what I'm going to get.
New Toothbrushes
Socks
Hot Wheels Cars
Kid Measuring Cups - my LO is always stealing mine
Books
Ok now your turn. List what you are thinking of for your LO's stocking stuffers.

Most of the time we hit the 98 cent isle at Walmart. We get them stuff like the expandable wash cloths that you put in water, batons, etc.

I got all four of my big kiddos Christmas Tree grow kits at Joanns. They also have teeny tiny terra cotta pots with other things you can grow. The tree were 2.00 and the flowers were 1.00 and perfect sizes for stockings :)

a friend does
something they want
something they need
something to play with
something to read
we do an orange in the toe (orange wool ball for babies)
we do a toothbrush, floss, and personal care item each (it all goes into the bathroom anyway)
we do holiday socks
and something peeking out of the top (knitted gnomes this year!) and a candy cane if we remember ;)
DH and I find our stockings filled with an orange, toothbrush, razors, batteries, and wooden spoons. Every year.

Dh is getting:
label maker (he told me he wanted one and I found on on clearance at office max)
orange
other food treats
I don't know what dd is getting yet.
I was thinking of buying these: http://juiceatorusa.com/index.html since we do oranges in the stockings too and I thought they might be fun all year. I read about them in the New York times a couple months ago. I suppose I should order soon if I'm going to do it.

Our 2yr old is getting some of these items: a coloring book, some soft leather-ish balls, cars, training pants/covers, undershirts, socks and SLIPPERS. I haven't seen that one mentioned. House shoes. We're always wearing them and I think he'll love them. I usually do sippy cups too and am looking for the ones mentioned from Target ( I need to actually go TO the store). We also put an ornament in the stocking.
The 6m old is getting a couple of small toys, socks, onesies (b/c he needs them), a pkg of pacifiers, a sippy (for future use) and that's about it. Maybe some bath toys for both of them. We'll see...

We are all getting matching PJ bottoms for Christmas Eve night/Christmas morning (black lounge pants/sweatpants) and probably red t-shirts to go with, underware (picking out one of DS's diapers from Grandma to put in his), DS is getting a crayon roll (or jsut crayons if I can't make one!!), fruit snacks, and a few little wooden cars, and most likely a new toothbrush.
DH and I will get some candy in ours, but our jammies are BIG, so not much else will fit! :giggle:
