I'm looking for reccomendations for books on how to be more green. I will probably get them at the library first and then go buy it if it's something I feel I will want to refrence frequently. I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions though. thanks

Are you looking for household green or food green? :)

I just got "Clean House, Clean Planet" by Karen Noonan Logan for my birthday, and I LOVE it! It's full of recipes for homemade, non-toxic cleaning household products. I just came home with everything on her shopping list today and I'm ready to start!

I guess I didn't realize there was even food green so both would be good. Thanks

I'm so upset w/ my library they don't have any books on becomning green except one on growing an organic garden. I'm defintly going to have to request they get some.

I have the same problem with our library. They did have the Dummies guide to green living and a couple of other outdated books, but just 1 copy and I'd have to request it from a neighboring library. What a hassle. We don't have a very large library here. If I want anything good and current, I have to go to the "big city" library or request it, which can take a while.
