This is great to see other mamma's in the area. My husband grew up in Goshen and my inlaws are still there.
For anyone in the fortwayne area, there is an awsome moms group on Yahoo, called moms unite, come check it out! I'm all alone in the cd department, but they are a great bunch of ladies:)
I would also like to find some stores that sell cd and supplies. I see so much on the net that I like but I want to touch it and really look at it before buying it, kwim?

I've also found 2 websites, notyourmamasclothdiapers and toastybaby, run by Hoosiers that offer personal consultations to touch and feel the dipes (based out of Windfall, IN and Fishers, IN). I am in the Greencastle area (~45 min W of Indy), and I'm just thinking of switching to CDing. These boards seem to have a wealth of helpful information that I could get lost in (i.e., spend way too much time "researching"). I'm looking forward to it!
In my research, I've found an actual B&M CD store in Bloomington. I've also found 2 websites, notyourmamasclothdiapers and toastybaby, run by Hoosiers that offer personal consultations to touch and feel the dipes (based out of Windfall, IN and Fishers, IN). (Since this is my first post I'm not allowed to give out links. Sorry. :( Hopefully there's enough info for you to Google it, though.)

I'm in Cayuga, about 40 min. north of Terre Haute. I about fell out of my chair when I saw a mama on here from Perrysville, which is less than 10 minutes from here! I lived in Pville for 10.5 years before we bought this house last September. We actually still own our old house there.
I catch a lot of weird looks for the things I do (CD'in, BF'ing, making baby food, using glass bottles). I thought I was the only one around here, lol!

Anyhow, I currently live in Greenwood (Center Grove to be exact). I went to HS in Avon and taught 5th grade there for 2 years before becoming a SAHM. I used to live in Wayne Township, my parents live in Westfield, and my inlaws live in New Pal. SO I have connections all over indy.
Did a get together every happen?
Does anyone know of a store around Indy to get cloth diapers?

I am from Indy! Near Ft. Ben, where I used to work until DS1 was born.
There is an online cloth diaper store based in Greenwood, but it doesn't have an actual store front. There's also a cloth diaper store that will come to your home for a demostration, but again, I don't think there's a store front. I think I heard that same store was opening a Cloth Diaper service in Fishers. My memory's fuzzy on that, and after watching a recent "Dirty Jobs" episode where Mike Rowe worked at a Cloth Diaper service, I don't think that's for me! Icky!

I am wonderfuly surprised to see so many cding mamas in Indiana! I'm in Ft. Wayne, just starting to reseach cding (preggers with 3rd and due on Christmas Day) and very new to this site. I have family in Liberty and in-laws in Union City.
Hope to get to meet some of you fellow mamas from the Fort! If any of you know of a diaper service please let me know! I think I'm going to use the diaper wrap method (still weighing pros and cons of each type) at home and AIO for the sitter if they are on board with my choice!

I'm from Yorktown just outside Muncie. I work in Muncie, Anderson and Indy right on Ft. Ben, depending on the day. Originally from way south in Madison. My in-laws are currently in Bloomington. Found Brick/mortar in Bloomington online the other day and am thinking of going down next weekend to see what they've got and visit the grandparents. Totally new to CD. My oldest girls are 9 and 6 and it never entered my mind with them! EDD baby #3 3/30/2010 and decided to try it. No idea if there is anyone near me CD or not. I used to know a mom from my LLL group who did, but that was years ago.

Another NWIndiana Mommy here! DH is originally from Dyer, I am originally from Schererville, we moved from Crown Point to Merrillvile just this past August, as DH is on the Merrillville P.D. and we will be moving to Valparaiso (I graduated from VU) hopefully by the end of the year!!
I'm in Valpo! Moved back here (my hometown) a couple of years ago. DH and I met in college in Chicago and lived there for a few years before moving to Valpo.

Its so awesome to see all these cding Indiana moms! I think I am the only one in Lafayette that cd's or babywears.
I wore my son to the fair over the summer and wow did I get looks and questions and all sorts of stuff.
For all you Carmel mommies, my mom lives there now off of Keystone. We are down there a lot. Maybe we can all meet up sometimes and do something fun with the kiddos?!?
