Where do you keep your carrier(s)?

Do you hang it up, fold it, toss it wherever there's space.... ?

Last night I hung mine in the closet but I think I'd rather have a hook handy by the front door. The fabric is so pretty.... and I'm more likely to remember to grab it.

Mine are all folded NEATLY in a basket by the door! Makes it easy to grab! But of course, I keep a Beco and a pouch in the car so I always have something to use!!!

mine are all folded neatly! they are in a organizational thingy from Lowes! I have a wrap, MT, SSC, and rebozo in the car though...

I have a couple that I use depending on my mood :-) I always keep one in the car, folded in the "car diaper bag". I also have several in the baby's room which I keep folded in her under the crib drawer.

Folded up wherever I last used them. Right now most are out in the car since we were out nearly all day long today. The Beco, BH & a Hotsling are all out in the back of my Suburban. I usually leave the BH & extra Hotsling out there. The rest aren't used as much and are folded up in DS's dresser.

I keep my ergo in the trunk of my car that way I always have it with me. I have a sling hanging in the back porch so when I leave I have it, and I have a sling in my diaper bag....I have a Mei Tei on its way to me...so then I will leave a sling at my church so I will always have one there, and then put the mei tei in the diaper bag.

I keep 2 carriers in the car, ones I use often are kind of "left out" for easy use, and the ones for special occasions are folded and stored in his room.

I keep them in the diaper bag. I "try" to leave the sling or a wrap in the van in case a certain 2 yr old I know has gotten into the diaper bag. That way I always have something.

Since I do daycare I have a carpet bag that has a sling and a MT in it..all the others are folded or hung in the closet.

i have 3 pouch slings:
1-one folded up and in the diaper bag for use away from home
2-one draped over the back of the rocking chair downstairs
3-one draped over the back of my office chair upstairs

Wraps are knotted up and mai tais are folded in on themselves and wound. then everything goes in one of those hanging shelves for your closet.
Normally its slightly neater looking. :blush:

In the bottom drawer of my dresser, with the exception of a ring sling in the van. This will change soon I'm sure, with more carriers in the van, when the new baby comes.

1 in my purse. The rest in a bag in the mud room closet.

I keep a sling (hotsling) and a MT (mama made) in the car.. we have a little storage cube in the middle of the backseat between the kids. We keep both carriers in the bottom, a pouch of DVDs for the car players in there, and some toys within their reach.
I keep a sling hanging on a hook by the back door (we use it as our only door, the front goes into the huge fenced in yard with two big dogs).
I keep another MT hanging on the back of DH's chair (in case I want to do housework while BW). I have another sling on the back of my computer chair, but it's on FSOT cause I don't reach for it much. We have two more custom slings coming, so then I'll keep one in the diaper bag in case I make it into the store w/o remembering the one out of the car.. and one at DH's office.

i keep a rs on the dresser for home, and my bh in my diaper bag, and another rs in the car. i have a pouch but i cant find it, lol
