Anyone else out there live in housing that was taken over by Lincoln? I have to many complaints to list here. Things weren't great when Navy had it (it is just old housing), but since Lincoln took over it has been horrible!!! Maintence is a joke, thay fix everything with duct tape and spackle, and they will try and charge you for EVERYTHING they can. Anyone else dealing with problems with them??
