I'm 99% positive Im ovulating right now. I've been cramping in my back and front like af for hours off and on. I do remember the cycle I got pregnant with ds that I had a back ache for weeks. How long do your symptoms last? I can't remember how long I'll cramp.

I hope I can help answer your question. Before these past 2 cycles never ever in my life did I ever have ovulation pain. Now last month I am sure I had ovulation pain for a whole week because I remember complaining to everyone about my lower abdomen being painful and I thought it was my bladder....only after I got my first pp AF did I realize what it was!
Now last week I had the exact same pain for only about 4-5 days but it was so painful that I couldn't sleep well one night....I know it was ovulation pain because my temperatures confirmed it.

well, I charted and temped to get pg w/ my last baby, just to plan it, not because I was having troubles or anything. How I knew I was ovulating was I had a pain in my left side by my pubic bone and then also when I went potty, the tp had egg white mucus on it (TMI sorry!!) and it was alot. I also use OPKs which totally help, so I suggest getting some of those if you miss it this month.
Generally though w/ ovulating its a 24-48 time period, so if you think you are O'ing now, DTD tonight. I also suggest keeping your bum elevated w/ a pillow under it after you are done DTD to make sure nothing comes out. I did that and I have 3 kiddos. lol Sounds nuts but it works!

I had some cramps a few days before I o'ing this time. I don't have them anymore and I got a ++ OPK today. I don't know if that helps, but its all I have to share! LOL

I don't normally cramp, but I will notice that I am sore (like a bruise) on one side or the other when we DTD ;)

thank you guys! My temp jumped high today. I ovulated yesterday. My back is still kind of achy though. I hope it doesn't last a week like one of you said.
Im not ttc just yet. Im temping to show the fert specialist my cycles.
