I'm due June 6 (5th if you listen to my OB, which I don't) with a girl. This will be my second dd and we are so excited - I just got a few summer dresses for her and bought the stuff to do her room - paint, shelves, curtains, etc, today.

We are due June 22nd with a little girl. I'm a little sad because with this being my second bedrest experience I think this will be my last pregnancy. I really wanted three, but I don't think my husband can deal with the stress of this again.

But we (I mean my sister and I) can't wait for this baby girl. Between the two of us we have three boys (our husbands are twin brothers so we were convinced that we would only be able to have boys).

I can't wait for the pink!!!!!

Wow - you people with surprises on the way have my admiration - we were going to let this one be a surprise, but I flaked about 2 weeks ago and couldn't deal with it any longer, had to know. I'm really excited about the prospect of having girls (multiple, my dd and this bean). The funniest part of all of it was dd - she kept insisting that it was a girl, and getting very irate when we mentioned the possibility that it could be a boy. So when we found out and told her she was having a little sister, she was all, yeah, I already knew that.

I am due June 28th - and this one will also be a surprise. But my husband and I both think it's a boy - not really sure why...but I did have a dream it was a boy. let's hope this one comes a little early like dd did!

With my first, I was induced at 38 weeks and my water broke at 37 weeks with my last, so I'm really curious how long this one will stay in!

I'm due June 13th according to my cycle, but as per ultrasound measurements that dated me to the 20th. So we'll see. We have two older boys, and we were going to peek but baby wouldn't show us the goods. Hoping for pink, but I'm getting to know boys and they are a ton of fun. I just got my 2yo girl potty trained...she basically did it on her own. I am due with my 3rd on June 20th. We're not finding out the sex, but we let our older two boys look at the ultrasound, and my 7-yr-old claims to have seen a "wiener"...we'll see if that's true or if it was just the umbilical cord!

My dh is hoping for pink, I think it would be easy to just have another boy...we've got all the stuff!

Coral - I also m/c twins my last pregnancy. I lost mine May 1st. They were identical and I was a little over 9 weeks along. So sorry for your loss. I know it was almost unbearable for DH and I. Hope you're doing ok! My due date for the twins was Dec 2nd and I'm trying to build up my strength to get through that day. ((Hugs to you!))

I am Lucy and due with #1 on June 27. My birthday is June 7, so I feel happy that I am pregnant about the same time my mom was with me :goodvibes:

We're going to a freestanding birth center and are going to have as low intervention a birth as possible. We'll probably do one ultrasound at some point, but we don't want to know the sex until it comes out! We do at least have a short list of names for both genders that we really like, but feel that we need to meet it first.

We're calling it Soda Seven after the Seinfeld episode where George thinks that's such a great name :mrgreen: my MIL thought that's what we were really naming it, and we rode that joke so hard until its wave died :lostit:

We are SO stoked for this baby! He's my little hero and my little miracle already! Daddy and I have been together 7 years (since I was 17) and are so happy to finally be making THIS journey into parenting together!!! He's so adorably excited about his son! I can't wait!!!



Oh, and Katherine: i've heard that babies are almost ALWAYS right about the gender of the next baby! My sisters kids were ALL right with ALL of her later pregnancies!!! And my nephew was right about my baby! I've heard that they have some sort of sixth sense about it! Weird, huh? Just more adventures in mommy land!

However, i have a new doctor who doesn't beleive in inducing yea. I would love to have a homebirth but there aren't any attendant localy.
