I am so retarded trying to find these blinkies...I am tired and I want to go to sleep...so if you know where I can get these blinkies please let me know...or rather, I have seen them on pages but I cant save them or take them, I need a tutorial!

You should upload blinkies directly to photobucket using the URL uploader, since they stop blinking when saved to your computer. Just right click to get the URL of the blinkie (it'll be under properties on a PC and it'll be "copy image address" on a Mac) then paste the URL into the URL uploader on photobucket.
