I was in the city yesterday and was trying to put the girls to bed at my mom's in their playpens there. Miss Kyrra who is usually the easiest to get to sleep wouldn't stop fussing and crying. I took off my top and put it in bed with her to see if the smell would be comforting. She immediately curled up and went to sleep.
This morning I was putting them down for a nap and she was fussing again in her bed. I picked up the shirt from the wash pile and put it in her bed. She rubbed it on her face, coo'd and curled up and went to sleep.
It's so adorable but it's my favorite shirt! :p

I started putting Isabel to bed with the rec'ing blanket that I lay us on when she's nursing - it smells like her and I, and since she's really getting into having a blanket in her hand to sleep with, I figure this is an easy way to keep changing it out :)

Here are some pics. She actually didn't have it for a day and I thought she had given it up but I think they are teething and so I gave it back to here yesterday. Funny thing is I washed it and hung it on the line so it must be the shirt and not my smell.
