When we do ribs we usually have cornbread, baked beans, and sometimes coleslaw. :goodvibes:

well, apples go with pork, potatoes or rice also does too.
You could make garlic mashed potatoes and moisten them with heavy cream instead of milk and butter. it's awesome made that way and gourmet tasting too ;)
Do a simple baby spinach salad with thinly sliced sweet onion rings, almond slices and mandrine oranges with a lemon/vinegar/oil dressing. (simple yet refreshing!)
Rolls and butter on the side
dessert: something like mousse is always good :)

What would make it killer for ME would be homemade potato salad, and corn on the cob!

I make roasted potatoes (we're having that later this week)
Cut your potatoes in wedges like homefries, toss with olive oil, grind salt over, back at 400 until browned.

I'd make some kind of potato, baked beans, rolls, coleslaw or a pasta salad. Oh, and if you can find some good sweetcorn.

My first thought was macaroni & cheese and corn on the cob! LOL
