I don't know much about either but if you go with the chasteberry powder, get empty capsules so you don't have to mix it with anything ;)
Also, taking Evening Primerose Oil is great for females and so is purified fish oils ;)

I used Vitex capsules. Its the same thing cept the vitex usually has something added to it...cant recall off hand, and is formulated to help with menstrual issues. Good luck!

Chasteberry and vitex are the same thing. It will help regulate your cycles, but I can't remember how much you're supposed to take. I took it in drops mixed with some other herbs. Another thing that is really good to take is B6 (that I took 100mg a day) as it lengthens your luteal phase. That did the trick for me!

Vitex is the scienific name for chasteberry. The tincture dosage I know is 1 ml (or dropperful) taken 2-4 times daily to increase progesterone and promote conception.
You might want to check out Red Clover and Red Raspberry leaf, which regulate cycles and increase fertility. Here's a link to other herbs:
I've also read that low fat diets can cause irregular cycles.
