I know there are a few of us here. I'm moving to SV at the end of the month and I'm looking for ideas on what to do with a baby under 1 during the summer. We've never dealt with super hot weather during the summer before so I'm clueless. Anybody go to LLL, or any other mama-baby groups?

Hi there! We've been here forever and love it! As for what to do in the summer...I guess maybe the indoor pool. We have 8 children so we keep ourselves pretty busy with our day to day.:goodvibes: Maybe we can meet when you get settled. :goodvibes:

We are supposed to be moving to SV next month...but I am wanting to be further from post, so looking at living in Benson. Looks like no other ds mamas out that way, but I am sure we could meet up sometime:)

I'm in the Phoenix area but dh lived in SV for years before we got married so we visit from time to time. Its really not too bad there in the summer. Highs in the mid 90's. Of course coming from 115 thats really nice lol. Ramsey Canyon is really nice with the kids, they can see humming birds and take a nice hike. The 4th celebration is great. We drive all the way down just for the 4th cause its so nice. There is quite a bit nice stuff to do down there I think you will really like it. We have been trying to move back for years, but can't find a job there :(.

I'm here!!!! So far we're loving it, we've already been to Bisbee and Tombstone and had a nice time. We're planning to go hiking this weekend so that should be fun. Also thinking about going camping during labor day weekend at the Grand Canyon.
Does anybody here see a naturopath in this area? I've heard of a few in Tucson that may be worth checking out, but I was wondering if anybody had an idea what their cost was like. We don't vax and I've had way too many problems with peds when we were in NY so I'm looking for a naturopath here.

hey, I'm in Sierra Vista too. Actually we live south in a little unincorporated town called Hereford. We love it out here. Its close enough to Sierra Vista and the shopping and such but out of the way.
Do ya'll have any groups already set up?
