How long do I wait?

I purchased something from a momma, paid w/ PP on March 18th. It was supposedly mailed on March 21st. I PM'd the momma last week, she said it was sent, but I haven't gotten it yet. I have never had anything take this long to get here, even from the States. The longest I waited was 3 weeks :banghead:
I know there's limits on PP to how long I can wait before I have to claim something... what should I do?
