As far as a CD trade show goes...I am hosting a Moms' Market in SA this Saturday which is an indoor garage sale/swap meet type thing with new and used items for babies, children and Moms. I am hoping to do another one in the fall and it would be great to have a ton of CD'ing and babywearing stuff there. Salmon Arm is very limited on resources for buying baby stuff so I think these types of events are great for introducing the public to "non-sposie and umbrella stroller" stuff! :giggle2:

If anyone makes it out to the shuswap this weekend for a drive, stop in to the Downtown Activity Centre to say hi!

I guess should add correction to BC mama,,,I grew up Northern BC, Terrace DH&I born and raised our first son born there,,then down here lower mainland a bit and now in Princeton:) well very rural outside Princeton. Hence the hobbies of sewing crochet,,so that is why I am also soooooo addicted to DS!!!!

And I spent 2 weeks up in Terrace in Feb of this year for a practicum at the hospital.
I'm sure it's beautiful there but all I saw was a foot of snow and the inside of the hospital for 2 weeks! =)

Right now sad because all companies trying to put Coal Bed Methane in Smithers/Telwka area,,they have been stopped ,,,for now,,,but now trying to come to Princeton,,,will be posting a thread in CanadaFSOT explaining how all us BC families can stop these big companies from wrecking our province!!!
we recycle cloth diaper and try to live green,,,as all mamas on DS,,we want a clean world for our children!!!,,would hate to see northern BC/Okanagan/Similkameen ruined and river dry,,They are trying to put coal bed methane up Nass Valley as well,,,,keep eye on newspaper and want not not sure what terrace standard is reporting, but heads up say NO!!!!!!!! coal bed drilling for methane needs water to extract methane 10 million gallons of water per day!!! and more as more well heads put in !!!!when water extracted to get methane,water is polluted!!!!many wells aquafir will go dry,,,but Petrobank off course does not tell landowners this!!!Petrobank is about $$$not lives ruined by no water to drink raise!!!

Help Princeton /Silmilkameen/ Keremeos/Merritt/Kamloops and surrounding areas KEEP OUR WATER CLEAN!!! SAY NO to PETROBANK!!! no COALBED METHANE!!!
