I slept with the windows open in our bedroom the other night and it was pretty chilly when I woke up the next morning. (in the 40's outside) Anywho, my temp was low (96.97)for me and of course at a time when I needed it to be acurate. If I discard it on my chart, FF confirms "O" with crosshairs. If I don't FF dosen't confirm it, no crosshairs...what should I do? TIA!!!!

Don't discard it yet. If you have infact ovulated, the thermal shift will show itself in a few days. Just make a note....and everything should be clearer "forest through the trees" style later on.
And, be sure to be monitoring your other fertility signs....your CM, CP, saliva ferning, etc. can help to confirm ovulation for you.
