Ok, I just posted a similar thread for mommies in the area of Victorville. Anyhow, this may be a long shot but I thought I would at least mention it! I'm from Colorado but my aunt and uncle live in Pinon Hills, CA (near Hesperia). Their daughter (my cousin) is getting married in Ventura on June 8th. I will be staying at a hotel in Ventura from Friday, June 6th through Monday June 9th.
I retail cloth diapers and was wondering if any of you would be interested in doing a cloth diaper party? I've done a couple of parties here in CO and they are a lot of fun! In fact, we are turning it into a monthly event because we had so much fun This month we are going to get together and bring our "stashes" so we can all see different types of cloth diapers and brands.
Anyhow, would you all be interested in maybe doing something like this? If I do plan any parties for my calif trip then obviously I will bring all of my stock with me and it will all be available for purchase (no sales tax and no shipping!). You can respond to this thread or pm me with any interest. Here's the thing -- I would need someone to host the party at their house as I obviously would have no where to have the party myself :giggle: Whoever were to host the party would receive a discount on any products purchased from me.
Really, the only day that would work for me to do the party would be Tuesday morning-ish. Monday night is our last night in the hotel and then Tuesday we plan on heading down to my aunt and uncle's place in Pinon Hills. I could do a party in the morning and get on the road in the afternoon.
Any interest? Respond here or pm me! I need to start getting solid plans now so I can figure out where I'm going to be and when on this trip!
