No, I don't eat just salads and fruit all the time. I definitely give in to my cravings when I have them which isn't often.
I eat a lot of fresh produce, sure. I also eat a lot of protein. And, dairy. Just a well balanced diet. At least I try.
My food motto is "everything in moderation" if you're craving some greasy - eat it, because you'll be satisfied but don't eat a huge serving. Eat just enough to satisfy your taste buds. When I get in the mood for something not that great I tell myself to just eat half, and save half for another day. It works well.

I def. try to eat as healthy as possible but last night there was an after dinner run to krispy kreme. :goodvibes: As long as you're eating a fairly balanced diet there's no reason why you can't indulge every now and again.

Oh heavens! In the begining it was easy to eat salads and veggies and things, but now....I find myself craving Bojangles chicken biscuits with cheese, Taco Bell Chalupa's, and lately chili dogs with onions! I figure what the heck, he's got to put on weight now too and I'd rather have a chunky boy than a skinny boy anyday! :giggle2:

I honestly eat whatever sounds good which isn't a whole lot these days. Some days its mostly fresh fruits and vegetables, other days its a hamburger.
Lately I have mostly wanted fresh fruits and veggies but its getting pretty warm out so I think thats why.

Strawberries like crazy, it's the season for them here in NC so I get like a gallon of them every 2 days. Also, chocolate protein shakes, blocks of chedder cheese that I slice up with whole wheat crackers is a main staple lately. Also, peanut butter sandwiches open faced.? Meat for dinner almost every night. I crave meat by the late afternoon and normally I'm not a big meat eater when I am not preggo.

I am just eating whatever sounds good, sometime healthy, often not, but that will change when baby is born. If I try to eat stuff that doesn't sound good it will just make me sick and that is just wasteful, lol.:giggle:

I hear you on the Bojangles cravings! What is in that stuff, crack?? I never eat fast food but this pregnancy has me going to the dive through for fires or some other non-food item once a week!!! A week 28 I hit the 20 lb marker and swore off junk food, I do not want to gain 40 lbs total! At week 32 I hadn't gained another pound, which I of course rewarded my self with some fried chicken. I am so weak!
I do eat healthy cereal every morning and at least two pieces of fruit a day.

My midwife wants me to shoot for 100grams of protein a day.
That's a bunch for me, but at long as I hit 60 that's good. So I've changed my breakfast routine to help get that in.. I'll have a egg and cheese whole wheat bagel and that usually give me about 20grams right there.
Salads and been good too, I'll try to add a boiled egg in there as well, I found this new dressing I love...called "sweet italian":drif: Yumo!
I hear you on the fast food, last weekend was bad! I told DH no more, it costs too much! lol We've done good this week so far.

I'm going back and forth between good and bad. Yesterdays bad food was a little debbie lemon pie. Then i did make baked eggplant for dinner and had roast beef with no mayo for lunch. I'm having horrible indigestion. I avoided getting it from the sauce on the eggplant by drinking 2 glasses of milk with it. ARGH. I'm going to kill any of the weight i've held off on today at my aunts picnic.

I eat whatever I want. It's just pure coincidence all I want is healthy food. I eat brown rice (gluten free) waffles for breakfast with cottage cheese and fruit. I can't help it, I think I've had it every morning for the last 4 months. It's an obsession of mine.
My other obsessions are homemade tomato soup, or steamed veggies with lime juice on them.
Protein is incredibly nasty sounding, so I mostly do chicken or tofu and try to hide it in things.

I am trying my best to eat a well balanced diet. With my first preg I gained a whopping 80 lbs :( so Ive been VERY careful of what I put in my body this time around. I eat lots of fruits and veggies, drink lots of water and crystal light and I crave skittles like mad.

I'm addicted to these new salmon burgers I found at Costco. They're from wild salmon fillets and they're MCS certified so they're good for the environment and the fisheries. Sooo yummy. I've been eating one every day almost for lunch. Lots of good DHA. I've been eating a ton of apples and strawberries for snacks and a salad and carrot sticks with dinner every night. Still eating cookies and stuff I shouldn't be but it's all in moderation!
