Going from 2 kids to 3 (plus my FT daycare child) is a LOT harder than I thought!! Dh has been home for 3 weeks and his work just can not function without him so he is returning tomorrow. I am so nervous!! I know I can do it, it's just so hard. I need to find my routine but as you know new babies have no schedule. I have to get all 4 kids up, ready, fed and in the in car by 7:40 to get ds to school on time (plus dd to school on Tues and Thurs). The girls nap until 3:30 but ds needs to get picked up at 2:45 so I need to adjust nap times which also means adjusting everything else. The girls need to be active and busy but it is so hard to be able to do that while dealing with Lilly and trying to maintain what needs to get done. I still have not figure out how to get dinner made on my own and pick up the house (in a timely fashion I mean). I just feel like it's going to be a disasterous week. Any tips? The kids are 11 1/2, 4, 2 and 3 weeks.
