search for good new recipes and make cooking good food fun and interesting. I made a vegi soup from scratch and my kids are still begging for it, that and my broiled brei cheese with fruit dipped into it. Find new things like hummus. Yum. My kids love it too. Go out on a limb and stock fruit you normally wouldn't and get your kids involved in making smoothies. That's what I would do. We bought a HUGE bag of frozen fruit from Costco to make quick smoothies. Remember to look for quick and easy things. Ohh and stir fry can be healthy and fast. We do Costco bags of frozen stir fry vegis and all you have to do is heat and throw in tofu or chicken and rice. wala... Dinner is served. I get good recipes from the food network.com. HTH.

I am learning to snack on different items. I have boiled a bunch of eggs, so I can eat one when I am feeling hungry, I also snack on baby carrots, cheese, and those 100 calorie bags of pop corn.

String cheese I find helpful to have in the fridge. If I'm having tummy issues, I add it to some whole wheat crackers.
