hi, i am new to ds but have fallen in love with this site and am here nearly everyday lurking:blush: . i found the due date threads today and want to join you girls in our wait for little ones. here is a bit about me.
my dh and i have been married for 5 years this month (wow that is crazy to type out!) we have one beautiful ds Asher who just turned 19 months old. i am due with baby boy #2 Caleb the 7th of Oct (Asher turns 2 the 18th of Oct).
i have just started cding ds full time this week. i was halfhearted about it since last summer with 12 prefolds that i turned into contures and one bssw. i didnt have nearly enough to last the day but didnt have the money to invest and wasnt sure what kind of dipes i would like (knew i didnt want prefolds or contures) so this last week i bought a whole bunch of flannal on sale and have made 16 fitted pockets with the mama bird pattern, i went to the salvation army and got a bunch of bath towels that i am serging to make inserts and doublers. and i bought 5 med thirsites covers from here on ds. i think i am set for now, and soo excited, ds has not been in a sposie since last thrusday!! i need to take pics of my newly sewn stash, i am so proud of myself. now i get to start on a stash for the new baby though:mrgreen:
