I'm wondering if ds has a detergent issue again (a body rash/eczema except where no clothes touch- ie hands and face. worst is his diaper area) and I'm unsure what to try next.

We've been using Arm'n'Hammer Essentails and it's been ok. What was reeeally bad for him was Tide, Country Save, Wind..something (Wamart - cheap stuff).
Method detergent seemed to be ok for his skin, but all my PUL started wicking.

So what should I try next? FWIW I don't use PUL anymore but I do have lots of fleece lined diapers.

We are using Nature Clean powder now without any issues.

We are using Nature Clean powder now without any issues.

That's what we're using now too. We got it at Loblaws. We were using Nellie's, which was great, but it's not as easy to find.

You could try Attitude brand natural detergent. They sell it in Walmart. Have you tried any of the fragrance and dye free versions Tide or Sunlight?

I really like Nellie's, but it can be tougher to find (I lucked out by finding someone who sells at shows and will sell to me from her home nearby). I was pretty happy with Nature Clean, though, and I can buy it at my local grocery store (and I'm pretty sure it's a Canadian product to boot!).

You should try soapnuts. My baby has eczema and since I have started using the soapnuts for laundry and natural care products its has completely vanished.

My samples have free shipping and both the 250g and 500g can ship for$2 lettermail!

We use Nature Clean, and I've seen a reduction in rashes. It's canadian, too.
