GWood has a tiny one. Depending on how many came, we may not all fit. LSquare has a new indoor park - like an amusement park - KINDA. Not been there, but heard about it. ?????????????

I guess we can all figure out if we want to do this on a weekend or a weekday. Weekend is probably better for me only because my older DD gets out of school at 3 and I have to make sure I'm home to start dinner. Not sure how it is for other mamas. It's looking like February or March for me:)

Yes I agree about the crowdiness. Maybe late morning 10-11ish? I believe they open at 10:00. Wednesdays and Thursdays will not work but other days could.

Does anyone have to come through Kokomo on their way? I REALLY want to go.... but I'll be like 34 weeks pregnant and I'm not sure my husband wants me driving by myself.... Wild Child is across the street from North Central High School, on 86th Street about a mile past Keystone - north side. They sell Imse Vimse including liners. Toasty Baby is a company in Carmel - google them. They'll come to your house and give you a CD demo and let you try some of the products on your baby to see what fits best. Also I'd recommend e-mailing Diapers Etc. (www.diapersetc.com) on the southside and see if they'd let you stop by their showroom. They are strictly an online company, no storefront. But they were kind enough to let me touch & feel a few dipes in person when I first started. I hope they forgive me for posting this here!! It was a lifesaver since DD was so petite, I would have otherwise made some really bad purchases. Then you can buy on the spot and not pay for shipping.

Thanks, we're doing ok. The reason for his transfer has cleared itself up, at this point we're just being kept here until he's nursing consistently and gaining weight.... I really haven't been here long at all compared to several of the other Moms (who've been here 6 weeks to my one!). I will send you a PM, it would be very nice to have a visitor!

My DD2 had a huge blow out at the Wild Oats in Carmel. It is really clean and their chaning station was too. They don't have those liners though. But it's located outside of the stall and not inside one.

Castleton would work.... or if anyone were up for Kokomo there's a park here with a playground, nice walking path, and a nature center. Castleton is probably more central for everyone though.

If you ever venture out to the Bloomington area, let me know. Or, we could meet in Spencer at McCormick's Creek State Park. It is right in the middle :thumbsup:

That sounds great! I'm glad there are other like minded moms in the area. Move day is getting closer and closer (mid august) and I'm looking forward to being able to settle down and enjoy being out in the middle of nowhere. Now... just to survive the actual moving part :dramatic:

I am going to hold it at a chiropractor's office at 96th and Michigan. I was going to advertise in the Zionsville paper and talk with the Zionsville Moms group. Plus, there are a ton of other places to advertise. I was going to talk with some of the places where I buy my dipes and see if they would be willing to give a discount code or some information. Anyway, does anyone want to help me? I don't do prefolds, so I would really like someone who could demonstrate that. I would have loved to be able to go and touch cloth diapers and see how they work. I thought if we all had some friends on the fence that this may be what brings them over to the cloth side. :) Anyone?:lostit:

Yeah! I was going to do this sometime in August or September on a Sunday afternoon. I wanted to give enough time to be able to advertise and get the word out. Maybe we should all get together and figure out what dipes we have so we can represent all varieties? I do fitteds, snappiable fitteds, and aios mostly. I also have trainers. So it sounds like we have a bunch of dipes represented here. i am so excited! I think this will be fun. I will contact some diaper stores to see if they will give us some coupons or codes or something once we have a date. If there are any weekends that you both can't do just let me know and I will try to get some possible dates.

I'm in Yorktown just outside Muncie. Work in Muncie, Anderson and East side of Indy depending on the day, so I get around Central Indiana.
