Well yesterday Dh and I went back to cincinnati without the kiddos and got the official diagnosis. The hypotonia, we knew about as well as sensory issues. But he did on 3 out of 4 tests and based on my input, his teachers input and the psychs observations test as most likley aspergers. We were told at this young it could somewhat be just due to his high intellegence and his age so it may not be as much an issue later persay or it could just solidify itself with age, time will tell and she will the diagnosis for now to help with school services and ins.
SO basically validated what we were thinking but now no more days of the "is this just in my head? maybe he is fine and we jsut need to parent him better" We are also looking now that school is out into getting him into a social skills peer group at therapy to help as well.
