My mom supports our HSing plans!

My mom has never really supported my "radical" ideas but she supports our plans to HS our children! I am so floored by it! I don't think that Brian's parents will though. They don't even know we do not vax anymore and they won't unless it comes up specifically. My mother even supported that decision! I can't believe it!

I have told 1 neighbor, after Tiffany blurted it out yesterday, my mother and my best friends and they have all supported and agreed that its a good idea. I am feeling better and better about this all the time! We plan to meet with a homeschooling group this Friday at the playground (they meet there every Friday) and see if they are right for our family. :)

When we first decided to homeschool we did not have any support either....but 8 years later they see how well mannered, well behaved, and how smart they are and they actually brag about us...not that I like bragging...but it does make me feel good that they do it!! :blush:

That is great! I hope that we will have our family's support if we decide to HS once the kids get a little older.
