Does anyone know of an organic formula without dha and ara? I only use formula for mixing cereal and do not like some of the scary things I have heard about these ingredients. Everything that I have found locally has them. Does anybody know of a formula without?
TIA

I don't know of one without DHA, but I know Baby's Only (http://www.naturesone.com) harvests their DHA differently so it isn't treated with hexane, acid and bleach, thereby not being scary the way DHA in most formulas is. Good luck.

I used Similac Organic with Gianna.
I only recently heard about the DHA/ARA scare. If it's not one thing, it's the next huh?
Good luck in your search mama!

Ditto here. I can't think of one that doesn't have DHA/ARAs. But we've only ever used Similac.

I just bought some of the baby's only stuff. I'm going to start trying DS2 on it when we get back from vacation.

Baby's Only uses a naturally derived form of DHA/ARA. Their website goes into the details of their formula. I use it & have to say that I like it the best of all the organic formulas.
