Checking for Ectopic pregnancy...*Update*

** My HcG numbers came back on Friday and looked good: 615 to 1540 in about 48 hours. :goodvibes: Whew, glad to rest easy for a while.


Can I join all the February mamas? I found out on Sunday that I am pregnant with #2! :goodvibes:

Over the last few months I found out the I have cysts on both ovaries and they are so painful. The one on the right burst (yuck, painful)! So my previous doc. (we just moved) told me that one thing that could naturally help the cyst was to ttc. I was so excited and ready, no problem right! Lol

Well now here I am, pregnant, and in so much pain. Same kind of pain as when my cyst burst before. I called my new doc. and he had me go in yesterday for blood work to check my HcG levels to check for an ectopic pregnancy. :cry: They will be checking them again on Thursday to see if they have doubled I guess. Otherwise I will have to have another pelvic ultrasound on Friday.

Can you mamas say a little prayer for me that everything is okay with my little bean and that I will be here with you all until February. Thanks!!

Thanks ladies. Just got my first numbers: 615 (HcG) and I am 4 wks. exactly. I checked several websites and it sounds like a normal number. Crossing my fingers it doubles!

yeah, it does sound normal...are you bleeding at all? i think before the pain of an ectopic pregnancy, you'll experience spotting...

otherwise, ovarian cysts can be VERY painful during early pregnancy...they kind of need to be monitored to make sure they dont get bigger...a lot of the times they just disappear!
