My first fluffy purchase for my little bean

I bought a custom slot for 6 bamboo prefolds from KHW! How should I get them? I get to pick the serging and inside fabric. So excited!

ohhh i have 17 diapers from her :) she makes awesome diapers... and i have a kind fold from her too ( bamboo prefold) do be aware that her customs do take a LONG TIME! i have had a ton of experience with her and lots of people arent pleased w/ her CS but i love her diapers they just take around 6 weeks to get here!!

can you provide a link?? i googled it a while ago- but never saw fitteds, or a place where you could get customs.... i really like how hers look though- asteiner18 won me over :)

I ordered 6 bamboo velour infant prefolds with hemp french terry internal soaker and primary rainbow serging. Going to cover them with some bright thirsties covers. :thumbsup:

Now my newborn stash is up to 9 bamboo velour prefolds and 6 BG 2.0's and 3.0's. I want at least 1 dozen indian prefolds and maybe some fitted diapers (not sure which kind yet). I'm hesitant to order newborn fitteds for fear we won't get much use out of them. At least with the prefolds, your paying less than you would for disposables and the BG will last for years.

well lette wore preemie clothes for 3 1/2 months so i think i will get a lot of use out of my diapers LOL... i assume the baby will also be small... and if not it will be supe cute for a few weeks LOL

Andrew came home at 5lbs 8 oz. He wore size 2 kissaluvs contours until he potty trained at 2.9 years. Lucas came home at 8 lbs, 3 oz and was out of the kissaluvs by the time he was 1 yo. We had him in toddlease for a while. He barely fit into BG 2.0's. We're potty learning and I refuse to buy training pants. Andrew learned in less than a week. Unfortunately, Lucas isn't so eager.

Anyway, who knows with this baby. Took me almost 2 years to get pg with Andrew, 1 night with Lucas and 3 months with this baby. I seem completely all across the board, but something says #3 is going to be average. :thumbsup:

So far, looking at some of the one-size fitteds (refuse to pay for GM auctions), or some sm fitteds. I'd like 2 dozen prefolds, 1 dozen fitted and 1 dozen BG 3.0's.

sounds like a plan :) lette was 6 lbs 3 oz, she was born at 6. 11 but immediately lost to 6. 3 she was always small and just recently can fit is some larges. LOL.. wore preemie for soooooo long LOL... still can wear 6 months at 14 months

Boy....she seems sooo cute and tiny. 2 of my babies where over 9 pounds and DS#2 was 6.11 pds at 34 weeks....the doctors told me he would have been over 10 pounds full term.

Thats why I don't want to buy a lot of nb's cause I know they won't fit very long if they fit at all.

How many diapers does a newborn need. I am just gonna get prefolds and covers before the babe comes and buy extra once i figure out how things fit. With DS he was 9 lbs 6oz but it wall all in his big ol belly so diapers sat low and he wore newborn (we used sposies at the time) for about 2 weeks then went to size 1 for about 4-6 weeks then was in size 2 forever so i have no clue what to buy as this will be my first nb in cloth

I'm waiting till I find out the sex before I get too many diapers but I somehow ended up with 32 preemie FBs!! Half of them were diapers that I sold to someone on here that sold them back to me and most of them are PINK! We'll see if I need them!

I wanted to get some tinkletraps but I missed the last stocking. I couldn't figure out how KHW stocked her customs. They are cute though.
