Okay, so she's not my boss but she is an "attorney" and I'm not so, she knows everything, right. Well, I don't work for her, so why is she changing the way I WRITE???? Who cares if it says "the Court" or "this Court."

gah lee some people are anal!!
this isn't the same but I had some chemists/engineers when I worked at exxonmobil that are high class in businses ya know...they asked me to send a fax because i was the expert on the machine. I didn't buy that crap they just didn't want to do it. you can come up with all those high dollars equations and formulas you can press a 10 digit number. If they had just asked would you mind sending this for me? No problem just their tone was all snooty

Oh this subject just gets me each and everytime.
I work in HR and have a bachelor's degree in management on top of 10 years of HR experience. I am well versed in what i do.
My boss only has her job because she's been with our company for so long.
No college
No HR experience
NOTHING

I love that she consistently asks us to do things that are against the law and then we have to teach her why they are illegal.
