I have a large amount of blackberries to use today or I will freeze them. I know I can make blackberry cobbler or pie, but what else can I make?

I love making blackberry bread. It almost tastes like chocolate. The recipe is:
6 tbsp softened butter, cut into 1-2 inch cubes
2 cups flour
2 cups blackberries
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp grated orange peel
1/2 cup orange juice
Wash berries and pat them dry. Crush the berries and set aside. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and sift into a deep bowl. Add the butter bits and with our fingertips, rub the butter and dry ingredients until they become like flakes of coarse meal. Mix in the egg, orange peel and orange juice and add berries while continuing to stir until all of the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Spoon the batter into a buttered 9x5 inch loaf pan, spreading the top with a spatula. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Turn loaf onto a wire rack to cool.

I don't have a recipe for it- but you might be able to find it online. I've bought a few Blackberry BBQ sauces and they were soooo good!
